EVS 32: TOTAL introduces new EV Charge subsidiary

From May 19 to May 22, 2019, the 32nd edition of international electric vehicle symposium took place in Lyon, France. An unmissable event for all players in the global electromobility ecosystem, EVS 32 attracted more than 7,000 visitors from 65 different countries around 300 exhibitors from 30 countries around the world.
For its first participation, Total brought together its entities with expertise in electricity and electric mobility - Total Fleet, Total Quartz EV Fluid, Greenflex, Saft and Total EV Charge - on a One Total stand to present its turnkey offers and solutions, including electricity supply, infrastructure provision and recharging service supervision, energy storage, optimization of energy consumption and its range of fluids and lubricants for electric vehicles.
For Total, it was the occasion to introduce its new division Total EV Charge. The company, dedicated to electric mobility, was created after the acquisition of G2mobility in September 2018. Pierre Clasquin, Total EV-Charge Vice-President, took part in a roundtable meeting about “The Charging Experience” in which he exposed the position and challenges Total will have to face on the electric mobility market. When the Group bought one of the French leaders on the EV Charge market, Total pursues its new strategy climate-friendly becoming a responsible energy major.
